The Oxford Group Appraisal & Consultation, established in 1994, is one of the largest real estate appraisal firms and boasts one of the most diverse appraisal practices in the region. We have offices in Manhattan, NY, Wall Township and Morris Plains, NJ. We provide commercial appraisal services throughout the state of New Jersey; from Cape May to Mahwah. In New York we serve Manhattan and all of the outer boroughs, Long Island as well as Putnam, Rockland, Westchester and Orange counties. We are very active in suburban Philadelphia and the eastern portions Pennsylvania. Our goal is to continuously respond to the changing real estate appraisal industry and the needs of our clients.
